Contact and partnership enquiries
When you submit a contact or partnership form, your name, email, message and any optional project details are sent through Resend to Bus Radio’s email inbox so our team can respond. Messages are not published or saved in a website message database. Resend processes the email and keeps delivery records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact busradiomedia@gmail.com with questions about your information. Facebook links take you to Facebook; we do not automatically import your comments.
Live radio
When you press Play, your browser connects to Zeno.FM and its streaming infrastructure to receive the broadcast. No audio is requested before you choose to listen. Zeno may deliver its own advertising with the stream. See Zeno’s privacy policy for details of its service.
Staff access
When staff authentication is configured, the service uses cookies needed to maintain staff sessions. Public readers do not need an account. The newsroom preview stores drafts only in the browser on the device used.
Our editorial approach
Bus Radio’s internal policy emphasizes accuracy, fairness, verification, independence and prompt correction of errors. News articles require editorial approval before publication. Sensitive information and the identities of vulnerable subjects require careful review.
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Staff authentication is provided by Supabase. Please avoid including passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in public enquiry forms.
